Summary Of The Book
Captain Underpants And The Big Bad Battle Of The Bionic Booger Boy Part 2: The Revenge Of The Ridiculous Robo Boogers is the second part of the two-book set, which continues where the first one left off. This book starts off with the highly-disgusting booger boys chasing Harold, Melvin, Mr. Krupp, and George down the street, cornering them. In the nick of time, Sulu, the Bionic Hamster comes to the rescue, stuffs these villains in his mouth, shooting them into outer space, never to return again. When everything seems to go well, they suddenly find out that Mr. Krupp and Melvin have switched bodies. Melvin is rechristened Mr. Melvin and Mr. Krupp is now “Kruppy The Kid”.
They trace this switching of bodies to the goof-up in the Combine-o-Tron. Kruppy The kid orders Mr. Melvin to make a new Combine-o-Tron, but that would take six months for Melvin to build. However, George suggests building a time machine, by which they can go back in time and bring back the working Combine-o-Tron, which would take just a day or two. Kruppy The kid transforms into Captain Underpants and Melvin’s zeal is heightened when he gets to know that Krupp is actually Captain Underpants. Melvin is cock sure of turning into the world’s first kid with super powers, when he gets back his younger body.
Mr. Melvin soon finishes the time machine, and sends Harold and George back in time to bring the Combine-O-Tron 2000. Following a series of wacky moments, the duo are able to bring back the Combine-O-Tron 2000, successfully swapping the brains of Mr. Krupp and Melvin. It was not too long after, that the robo-boogers make their way back to Earth and start destroying the space center. Captain Underpants sets out to combat these villains, but soon realizes his superpowers have been taken away by Melvin, who refuses to return them, unless Harold and George make their comic book center around him. Do the robo-boogers cause further damage in the world? Is Captain Underpants able to regain his superpowers? Read on to find out.
