About the Authors
Lawrence J. Gitman is a Professor of Finance at the San Diego State University. He completed his education from Purdue University, the University of Dayton, and the University of Cincinnati. He is a prolific author and has penned down over forty published articles and several textbooks. Gitman is also a member of the Certified Financial Planner Board and an associate editor of several journals.
Chad J. Zutter is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his BBA in Finance from University of Texas and PhD in Finance from Indiana University. His research interests include corporate finance, initial and seasoned public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and governance structure.
