Summary Of The Book
In Bared To You, Gideon and Eva, meet and are instantly attracted to each other. They begin a relationship that is at once passionate and confrontational. Young billionaire Gideon is obsessively controlling and he tries to take control of Eva's life too. But he does not find that so easy.
Reflected In You begins with Eva going to Vegas with her best friend. Gideon agrees to the trip on condition that she stays at a place of his choice in that city. Eva soon discovers that he has arranged a female bodyguard who watches over her every moment of the day. Angry, she arranges for a bodyguard for Gideon.
Their relationship is on these lines, passionate, wild, and riddled with many emotional issues. Eva is not easily controlled by Gideon, she has a will of her own and does not hesitate to pay him back in his own coin when he pushes her too far. They have a lot of issues to sort out, like mutual trust and jealousy. Their relationship is also complicated by the fact that both have suffered childhood abuse. Both are still suffering from some of its lasting effects.
In Reflected In You, the two also decide to enter couples therapy to sort out their confrontational relationship. They are advised to give themselves some time apart once in a while, but they cannot stay away from each other But Gideon suddenly decides to stop seeing Eva, puzzling and upsetting her, until she realizes that he is trying to protect her from someone who could endanger her life.
